Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the August 24, 2021 meeting were reviewed.  Lance Wang moved to accept
the minutes.  Bob Ross seconded. Without objection, the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- AR: Bob Ross to update IBISCHK BUGs 219 through 222
  Done. They had been classified in the Open Forum.

NEW ITEMS:

New parser bug reports:
Bob Ross reported that there were no new bug reports.


IBISCHK710 development:
We discussed four queries from the IBISCHK developer:
1) Bob Ross said the developer had suggested a minor editorial change, related to
   [Diff Pin] being optional in BIRD208. Bob said the specification would clarify the
   positioning of [Clock Pins] after [Diff Pin], due to IBIS 7.1 editorial changes.
2) We discussed a query from the developer about (List "Impulse" "GetWave" "Both")
   in BIRD201.1, where the developer said it was not clear if "Both" could be Default.
   We agreed with that "Both" could be Default if "GetWave" and "Impulse" were also
   in the list, but "Both" could not be in the list alone and therefore could not
   be Default.
3) Another query was about whether C_comp was required in certain cases with [Rgnd]
   and [Rpower]. Bob had replied that C_comp was always required in a [Model].
4) The developer had suggested clarifying in the EMD section that designator pins could
   be given as designator.pin, designator.signal, or designator.bus_label. That would
   be discussed in the Editorial Task Group.
